The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, 2xTV. Mit Sauna, Garten, Terrasse.... Zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus, Bongos Pizza und Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door.
