During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

The house is located on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula near Novigrad (Cittanova) and is no more than 1 hour away from any other city in Istra. During the stay the guests have the entire house and the back porch to themselves. When not exploring the rest of the region you can enjoy your food on the back porch table. There's an outdoor kitchen as well a charcoal barbecue ready at all times. And for those quick fresh showers after the beach there's an outdoors shower as well.

All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor.
