Modern architecture, lots of natural light, very peaceful and centrally located. My place is 5min from Bishop Arts District, 12min from Lower Greenville and 10min from Deep Ellum, 8min from Downtown. The kitchen has an Air-Fryer and a portable induction cooktop for the countertop (single burner, please see pictures)
