Orchard Barn offers a couple the perfect romantic retreat, including a new Spa Barn with hot tub and sauna, for your exclusive use during your stay. Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

Lovely Petite Self Contained Studio Annexe with private access & courtyard Patio in a quiet cul-de-sac in Fordingbridge near to the New Forest providing comfortable compact, cosy accommodation for two guests. A 15-20 minute walk to town provides shops, Cafe's, Pubs alongside The River Avon. There's a Pub/Restaurant a 5 min walk which serves Breakfast & Evening Meals. We are very happy to have guests host family gatherings and milestone celebrations at the property exceeding the eight guests who are staying at the Farmhouse, whilst respecting our house rules.

Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.

A warm welcome to our riverside cottage, a two bedroom quiet retreat located in the New Forest national park with lovely walks and cycle paths to see the ponies and other wildlife. It’s only a 20 min drive to the medieval city of Salisbury and 30-40 min drive to the sandy beaches of the South Coast. We have a friendly local village shop and pub within walking distance, and a fabulous ‘water-hole’ for swimming a few mins walk down the lane.

In an unspoiled part of the New Forest, deer roam through the gardens, a short walk from three wonderful pubs and the open forest itself. It's a great setting from which to explore, although with a well equipped kitchen and cosy woodburner, you may not venture anywhere!
