Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

Our house is perfect for folks who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter and kayaking, hiking, fishing, biking and pickleball in the summer.
