My place is all about vibe and feeling. This is a home, what air Bnb is supposed to be. Not an investor trying to make a quick $. It’s why I fell in love with the place, and why my guests do too! A stones throw to the local buzzing Balaclava neighbourhood, where you can enjoy some classic Melbourne cafes and shops. The train station is a 3 minute walk away, and will get you to the CBD in 12 minutes. The iconic Chapel Street is also only a few blocks away, or St Kilda Beach is 5 minutes by car.

Newly built stand alone studio/granny flat, includes kitchen and European laundry is perfect for a single person, couple, or student for short to medium stays. The studio apartment is set back behind a lockable front gate within the safety of a secluded court. Note: Owner's live in the main house. Parking available in the street at the front of the house.

Only 18 mins from puffing Billy 1 hr from Philip Island penguins. Just 12 mins from Dandenong with its famous market as well its multicultural shops, restaurants and cafes.

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Even without ceiling fans! Secure digital door lock with new code generated for each new guest for peace of mind.

Our Guest Suite located in the end of a quiet “no-through street”, with a private entrance and yard. FREE on street parking is available in-front of your entrance gate, unlimited time. The place is only 1km from Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre where you can find almost everything you need. If you don't have a car, there is a walking trail to lead you to the shopping mall. The trail goes through several beautiful parks and quiet local streets.
