Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen mitten im Wald auf einer Lichtung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Krafttanken. Bäcker und Lokale im Ort erreichen Sie zu Fuß. Badeseen (Chiemsee, u.a.) Biketouren (BikePark Samerberg) und die Berge sind direkt vor der Tür.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
