For snow lovers, we’re minutes away from the spectacular Lolo pass, and Lost Trail ski areas.

Charming and rustic cabin on the Bitterroot River. Walk down and fly-fish off the bank. Float from town right to the property. Best duck hunting with natural blinds. Have your morning coffee in the hot tub looking out at the mountains and the Bitterroot Valley. BBQ on the deck and watch the sun go down every night. Lots of light and large windows to see the scenery. Only 20 miles to Missoula and Hamilton, Montana. (We love dogs, but please do not just bring your pet -- inquire first please.)

Our guesthouse is on the same property as our home with 8 acres of natural landscape. You have privacy with your own parking area. Come stay for a day, two or more. Cozy Cottage overlooking the Bitterroot Valley

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.

Inside, you'll find a mini kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a two-burner hot plate, a small microwave, a toaster oven, and a coffeemaker. For restful sleep, there’s a queen bed and a sofabed for additional sleeping space. Sip your coffee on the deck while taking in stunning mountain views, or unwind by your private firepit under Montana’s vast, starry sky with your beverage of choice.

Experience the essence of Montana in this exquisite new cabin, nestled right in the middle of the picturesque Mill Creek just steps from the front door, a trout stocked pond right outside the master bedroom, and a charming stream that meanders around the backyard. Guests are welcome to use the private helipad. Horse boarding facilities are available for guest use including a five acre pasture, stalls, water trough, and tack room to hang your saddles. No other pets allowed.

Kitchen is equipped with microwave, refridgerator, oven, coffeepot , toaster....just need to bring your food! Open living area with wood stove makes for cozy evenings.
