You'll be very close to Thornbury, Northcote & Brunswick (all 5-10 mins by car/ uber), with the tram just outside taking you to Fitzroy (15 mins) & the city (30 mins).

It has a separate access (255-B), private backyard, terrace and vegie garden, perfect for an extended stay. The iconic Lomond Hotel is around the corner. The 96 tram takes you to the city centre & St. Kilda Beach.
