A beautiful and tranquil setting, you will find it peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom which can be split into two single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Close to the village of Aberlour and all amenities attached I have an outdoor seating area At the front for morning sun and my back garden is perfect for sunset and to cook from my charcoal barbecue available for use close to the kitchen at the back doorstep
