(no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. Enjoy a clean and comfortable night in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment, located in downtown Davenport. This unit is a 3rd floor walk-up, reminiscent of those old Chicago buildings with the back balconies. It's perfectly located along Brady Street, just minutes from the Adler Theater, the River Center, Palmer School of Chiropractic, Daytrotter Studios, Analog Arcade and the numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues located in the downtown area, and along the Mississippi River.

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

Now is a great time to stay in this completely furnished two-bedroom house directly overlooking the Mississippi River. The hot tub is amazing during the day and under the stars this time of year. Eagle watching in the winter is always entertaining while relaxing in the hot tub. This 1+ acre property is tucked away on a private dead end street, yet close to many great restaurants and shopping. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.
