Welcome to The Treehouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom loft apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV - or enjoy a book in the lofted reading nook. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. Downtown is only a short stroll away.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Walking the property not only gives you a bit of exercise but allows you to take in the beautiful views and native foliage.
