Outdoor shower. 1 car garage and driveway. 2 car maximum. Boats, RVs or trailers are not allowed without approval prior to booking. Pets allowed, $95 pet fee. 15% weekly discount, 30% monthly discount.

Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
