The freshly remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for an extended stay with family, and just right for a weekend away with friends. Within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, and cute shops. A quick, ten-minute drive to Downtown Syracuse, Upstate University Hospital, and Syracuse University.

Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

Located in the heart of Armory Square, the Piper Phillips Residences are one of Syracuse's most celebrated new residential developments. Built in 1872 to house the Central New York Railroad linemen, it later became offices for a booming downtown commercial center. Today the old and new combine creating a modern urban oasis.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Cozy apartment located in the Salt Springs neighborhood of Syracuse, NY. The apartment is located less than ten minutes from Syracuse University, Le Moyne College, Armory Square, Clinton Square, and Upstate University Hospital. This bright and warm apartment features a kitchen, a stocked coffee station, 3 bedrooms, a dedicated work space, a beautiful dining room for 6, and a comfy living room with a large flat screen TV. Parking available. There is a one time fee of $50 if you have pets.

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.

Centrally located in the iconic Westcott Nation in Syracuse, NY. Park and enjoy! 2 blocks to a variety of restaurants, music venues, library, shopping and more! If you want to venture outside the neighborhood, No car, No problem. Easy walk to SU campus or we're right on the bus route. There's no lack of motorized bikes and scooters to get you to where you want to go also. This townhouse is updated, freshly painted, full of light and waiting for you!!! Hope to see you soon

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
