The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first (one of which is open plan to the living room), two WC-showers and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Depending on the house, layout may vary. Go for a swim to the beach and then relax in the sunbeds on the garden!

The house is front on the sea. Is ideal for a family with small children, ground floor with a yard facing the sea The house has a room with a double bed and a sofa to sleep a child up to 8 years old with air conditioning living room with two single beds and a third bed can be added for a child with air conditioning. Kitchen with large refrigerator and washing machine coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster. Beach chairs loungers are available and 2 space parking in the garden.
