Sit out under the Greek sky on a private terrace overlooking the sparkling shared pool in an authentic chalky-white Cycladic villa complex. In keeping, this Mezzanine loft apartment has been dressed in white with blanched shades of beige and blue. “Ivi" is a 57 square meter upper floor suite with an open concept and a swimming pool view. It is part of a housing complex with Mykonean architecture and is located next to Ornos Beach. It can accommodate up to 4-people . It has a fully equipped kitchen, one double bed in the loft, one couch that turns into a double bed and one single couch (80 cm width) . Ornos Beach is located on the southwest corner of Mykonos island and only three kilometers from Mykonos town. Together with places to eat and drink there are also supermarkets, butcher, pharmacy, and bakery. Due, for the most part to the sea’s sandy bottom which drops off very gently from the shore, Ornos beach provides the perfect family beach. Access to and from Mykonos town is made easy with a frequent local bus service. A daily boat service to other Mykonos beaches as well as excursions to the island of Delos are available from this bay which also provides a good anchorage for yachts. There's a regular bus to Mykonos town, daily boat trips to the island's other beaches, and excursions to the island of Delos from the bay. Public Transportation only takes 10 mins. by bus to town. Bus stop is less then 10 min. walk.

The upper floor has a large living room , a double bedroom and a WC with shower. The upper floor has two verandas and the front one offers a magnificent view to the Aegean sea. In the lower floor there are three bedrooms,a kitchen and a dining room, two full bathrooms and a large veranda. The pool is right in front of the house and the sea immediately after. Guests renting this house have their own free parking space for three cars. Private entrance. Your hosts stay in the house in the right and they will be there for you for any assistance you may need. The villa is approximately a 5-minute walk through a seaside trail to a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy the sun and the sea until sundown. Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.
