As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The space has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs. Every space or supplies in my property are available to use. I allow a flexible arrival time best for my guests and also I m accessible frequently because of living and working in the neighborhood.
