Nestled against the Delaware River, it is home to a variety of shops, acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, & antique stores. <15 mins from hikes, swimming/tubing on the Delaware, Bethel Woods, and Callicoon. <30-60 mins to skiing (Elk, Big Bear & Shawnee).

Peter and I recently bought and renovated this 1790 farmhouse which sits on a sloping hill overlooking Minisink Battleground Park. You can walk off the deck, cross the lawn and explore 50 acres of beautiful trails. On a private road, the house has plenty of peace and quiet. There are two charming bedrooms, two full baths, a cozy living room, sun room (third bedroom), fully stocked kitchen, and laundry room. We've loved making these rooms a bit more modern while keeping the farmhouse vibe.

Our newly renovated apartment is the lower level of a 1920 Victorian in the heart of the Village of Warwick. It boasts 650 sq ft of space with 2 bedrooms, and a full kitchen and bath. You can walk to beautiful shops, parks, and restaurants, or drive (free off-street parking) only minutes to ski, golf, hike, or enjoy our local orchards and wineries. Legoland is 20 minutes away and many antique shops within 30 minutes or so. We live in the other house on the property, so we are accessible.
