Beautiful cozy home on a quiet cul-de-sac located at the top of Seaside. Relax and unwind at this serene home which has been modernized and decorated to create a peaceful and comfortable feel. It has an open floor plan, beautifully updated kitchen with all new stainless appliances and all new furnishing. Perfect place to relax in this quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood only 10 minutes from Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Cannery Row. Equipped to not only be a sanctuary to relax, but also has all the amenities to entertain. Fully stocked kitchen and family friendly. A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. Fully remodeled in 2021, the house is a show-stopper. The reviews tell it all :)

The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Living Room, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Suite

No Kitchen. Living room, 2 bedrooms and bath with shower/jacuzzi tub. Living room has 50" Smart TV, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs, leather sofa, recliner & ottoman, and ceiling fan. Bay window overlooks the green belt. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space, comfy queen beds, electric blankets with dual controls, lamps, ceiling fans, extra blankets & pillows.

Our 2 bedroom guest house in beautiful Carmel Valley is close to Monterey, Big Sur, Pebble Beach and Carmel by the Sea. Sight see all day and escape to a pastoral setting five minutes from Carmel Valley Village with quaint shops, restaurants and over 20 wine tasting rooms. Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

Nestled in the Beautiful seascape of the Bay Area, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel have to offer! The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

The washer and dryer are available inside the garage if needed. There is also laundry detergent, softener, and dryer sheets in the cabinet above washer. I’m available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining are also a short drive away.

Parking is inside the big yard. It is close to Carmel Beach, 17-Mile Drive, Big Sur, Aquarium, Lovers' Point, DLI, NPS, Point Lobos State Park as well as all the beautiful beaches on Monterey Peninsula. It is an ideal base for a family of 4-6 people to explore Monterey Bay areas.

Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
