Perfect place to relax in this quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood only 10 minutes from Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Cannery Row. Equipped to not only be a sanctuary to relax, but also has all the amenities to entertain. Fully stocked kitchen and family friendly. A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

My home is located in sunny Del Rey Oaks, a small quiet community with easy access to Monterey and surrounding areas. Closely located to Hwy 1 & 68, it allows for a pleasant drive to local attractions. Laguna Seca (Mazda Raceway - 6.7 m), Toro Park (10.4 m), Monterey (4.2 m), The Wharf (4 m) Pacific Grove (6.1 m), Monterey Bay Aquarium & Cannery Row (5.4 m), Carmel (7.2 m), Carmel Valley (13.5 m), Big Sur (31.4 m) Monterey Airport (2.6 m) and close to local beaches & shopping.

Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.
