This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

A two person studio space in Windsor Park Neighborhood - Private, tiny home, close to HEB and Dell Hospital. Modern furnishings, very clean, natural light, decorated with local, fine art. A friendly, tree-lined neighborhood, east of I-35, 4.5 mi from downtown. The space is 230 sq ft with a kitchenette and a queen size bed. We live in the main house on the property. Our guests stay here for work and family nearby. They take ride shares to Austin events downtown like ACL & SXSW and to COTA.

Our backyard cottage is nestled in the rear of our backyard. Surrounded by pecan trees and birds singing, but only 5 miles to the heart of 6th street. The space is outfitted with a small fridge, keurig coffee maker, and a full bathroom with shower. One sleeping space downstairs and an additional double bed in the loft. We are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and transit lines.

Modern upstairs garage apartment! Located 6 miles from downtown, 5 miles from UT, 8 miles from the airport, 2 miles from shops, restaurants, parks, and more at Mueller. We highly recommend checking out Hanks, which is less than a mile away for good food and drinks! This apartment doesn’t share any walls with the main house and has its own entrance.
