The apartment is part of a 90 acre fruit and veggie farm in beautiful Hotchkiss. The space is adjacent to our commercial kitchen, which is used to make jam, pickles etc. from the farms produce. There are two bedrooms, an open living/dining space, and a bathroom with a shower. The views of the mountains are outstanding from the large windows, and we are conveniently located on Highway 92. Lots of space to take walks and see farm life in action! Aspen and Telluride are both about 2 hours by car.

Easy to get to shops and restaurants in town and outdoor adventure on the largest flat-topped mountain in the world where you can hike, fish, ATV, hunt, downhill and cross-country ski, mountain bike, snowmobile and more. After an exciting day of adventure, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, BBQ or meander down to the creek to relax.

An architect's studio. This modern, unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Basecamp 8: King Suite with Full Kitchen

Custom woodwork transforms this 2 room suite into a cozy hideaway with a rustic cabin feel. The kitchen is outfitted with dishware and utensils, pots and pans, dish soap and towels, table and chairs, coffee maker, coffee & tea, microwave, stove, and a refrigerator. The aspen log bed & unique lighting provide a relaxing ambiance. A 40 inch flat screen TV adorns the sitting area. The creative touches continue with the accessories in the full bathroom with tile shower accented with glass tiles.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

Basecamp 3 at the Cedaredge Lodge/Dog Friendly

Local wood and soft touches turn this room into a private hideaway. It has a rustic bathroom, and the kitchenette is complete with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, utensils, dish soap and towels! This room boasts a bedside control for the custom lighting feature that is built into the crown trim-work. The log wrapped closet with shelves provides plenty of storage space and you'll find other hooks strategically placed for your convenience. No Cleaning Fee!
