There is a double garage, and a covered cabana is located in the backyard for your BQs and outdoor eating. A secured backyard for your pet.

Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.

Basic pantry supplies included as is all linen and beach towels. This is dog friendly home to WELL behaved pooches and has a wonderful outdoor entertaining area as well as a fire pit.
