For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

The Lookout - Views over Ocean Beach & Inlet

You'll find yourself basking in breathtaking views of Nalluki Peninsular, Ocean Beach and Wilson Inlet. A staircase leads upstairs to the 1st floor, where you'll step into a light open plan living space including a full sized kitchen, lounge and dining area with a wood fire and smart tv. Both the open plan living and bedroom have glass sliding doors to the large balcony and the stunning views. The ensuite including spa bath, shower and detached toilet. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.

Ideal for launching your dingy. 5 mins from town, 5 mins from beach, 2 bed both with( open )ensuite, one with double bath (no shower) one with shower. ideal for adults. Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )
