With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

This conveniently located rental is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. This studio (245 sq ft) has 1 queen size bed, sleeper sofa, galley kitchen, dishes and silverware, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, WiFi, cable TV, beach chairs and umbrella and 2 boogie boards. There is a private patio with a table and a Webber Grill. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. THE BED IS QUEEN SIZE

The home offers two porches, the screened in front porch with rocking chairs and the back porch for your barbecues with the provided gas grill. FYI, the cottage has a second floor which is not part of the rental. The second floor will be unoccupied and locked. It is only a short walk to Inman Beach on Nantucket Sound ( under half a mile).
