You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. A private, peaceful space 2 blocks from St. Olaf College and less than 1 mile from downtown and Carleton College. Our location is convenient, cozy and unique being an old ginseng farm, the duplex has a rural feel and is tucked away from the street. Enjoy a patio space to grill at while soaking in the outdoors. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but the Ole Store, a Northfield favorite, is just down the block. Dogs are allowed when added on the reservation and pet fee has been paid for.

Trout Lily Farm is a beautiful, peaceful six acre hobby farm. The Tiny has its own semi-private area by apple trees and a scenic barn, with its own patio table/chairs, barbecue, and firepit. This 168 square foot one-level Tiny is suitable for 1-2 guests (one queen bed). Running purified water, electrical/propane stainless appliances, full tub/shower, composting toilet, internet. Fully furnished, with dishes, coffee maker and electric kettle, linens and toiletries.
