Use your own front door to come and go as you please...you'll have complete privacy and never see the owners (unless you need them!) Quirky home details include a marching band bass drum table, an antique sewing machine treadle sink, and a 420 friendly patio with market lights. Doggos are welcome! Pearl Alley is a unique little carriage house in a truly fantastic neighborhood! Construction on the carriage house was completed in 2019, but we designed it to feel like part of the original house, built in 1908. Reclaimed brick exterior, moldings to match the main house, and the original back door as the bathroom door! Our 400 sq ft carriage house is filled with cool decor (see if you can spot the marching-band bass drum table and antique sewing machine treadle sink!) and our sense of humor which you will find sprinkled throughout the space. We hope we make you laugh and bring a little joy to your day! -TV: We have a 36" flat panel television in the living room. Hulu and Netflix and local broadcast stations are preloaded for you, and you can sign into your Apple account if you want to rent movies. -Internet: Pearl Alley has 1GB fiber service...in other words, scream'n fast! Privacy awaits, the entire house and patio are completely yours! The carriage house is detached and separated from the main house by a large yard and a six-foot high cedar fence. You will drive down our alley into the clearly lit driveway, open the cedar gate to your patio and enter the private front door with the keyless smart lock. The carriage house will be easy to find, even at night--just look for the twinkle lights and turquoise railroad tie marking your parking spot. I like space and privacy when I travel, so I want to offer the same to you! I'll be out of sight, but available quickly if you need anything (I live with my family in the front house on the property). We have lived in this neighborhood for over a decade, so if you need a recommendation please don't hesitate to ask! You will hear us working on our backyard and coming and going via the garage which the carriage house is attached to. -Guests traveling with infants and young children are welcomed, but you will need to bring suitable bedding. -We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved pets. Please do not allow your pet onto the furniture or leave them unattended on the patio while you are not home. -The patio is 420 friendly, but no nicotine anywhere on the property please! -Cleaning Fee: Pearl Alley is committed to paying our cleaning crew a livable wage. We use a professional service that provides this plus benefits for their employees. They also supply Pearl Alley with professionally laundered hotel-quality linens. The fee we charge you is exactly what they charge us...no mark up at all :-) This allows us to keep our daily rates lower so you can enjoy even more time in Denver and at Pearl Alley. Enjoy a vintage Rocky Mountain adventure at 9000 ft, with views of the Divide. This 1960s A-Frame is perfect for outdoor fun. Enjoy the original charm and views, but with modern amenities like some wi-fi and indoor plumbing (low water supply- conservation required). A 4WD high clearance vehicle in winter, and skill in mountain driving is necessary. This is an older remote home, not a 5 star hotel, and only a good fit for adventurous travelers. Number of guests must be accurate. No smoking.
