Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Please book by number of people staying over in the Airbnb as the price goes up by number of people staying.
