It's bespoke design, original features and decor from nationally renowned designers, Black Pop and Curiousa & Curiousa, timelessly provide all the trappings expected from a 21st century, 5 star boutique hotel but in a fascinating building from 1766.

The Outhouse - Ground Floor Studio (Entire place)

The 'Outhouse' is a ground floor self contained studio which has been lovingly renovated and opened to our first guests in December 2019. Just a 2-3 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. The studio is divided into a shower room, kitchen with the living area and bedroom in one open plan space. The Outhouse sleeps 2 people in a double bed, with the benefit of air-con during the hot summer months.

The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

A well presented one bedroomed annexe with parking

Bedroom - double bed with draws and a hanging area for clothes. Electric heater. Living/kitchen room - a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, sink, kettle and a toaster. There is a dining table with two chairs and a TV with free view & electric heater. Bathroom- toilet, sink, separate shower cubical and a heated towel rail. Additional - free WiFi, towels and bed linen included, on site parking. Within 5 miles of St George’s park, 4miles of Burton hospital, 2 miles Burton college
