Situated in the Peak District National Park, locations don't come much better than this. The Hayloft provides superb views across the valley and lovely walks from the door. A brisk riverside stroll will soon get you to the local pubs in Darley Bridge. Matlock, with its county town facilities is a 5 minute drive. The property is close to the Peak District's wealth of attractions, including Chatsworth House, Dove Dale and Haddon Hall The Hayloft provides a beautiful haven to discover the area

Fairfield Loft, Ashover - Village hideaway for two

Fairfield Loft is in the heart of the lovely village of Ashover with the beautiful Derbyshire Dales and Peak District National Park right on the doorstep. Tucked away behind Stamp, our coffee shop and village post office, the space was renovated in 2021 with comfort and quality in mind. There's lots to see and do in the area but if you simply want to relax then spend the days exploring the many beautiful local walks and maybe wind down with a drink or two in one of the friendly local pubs.

Cosy Loft with Garden, Quiet Village Location

In the heart of the peaceful village of Appleby Magna is our converted loft apartment. It has its own small, fenced garden and patio with off-street parking. Well-equipped with Wifi, smart TV, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed and an additional sofa bed in the living area. Ground floor lobby and shower room. Quiet village location in the National Forest within a mile of the M42 junction providing easy access to Birmingham and the East Midlands.

The top floor is exclusively yours. There is shared access through my front door and the first set of stairs. 2 double bedrooms. An extra travel cot and z bed are available if you bring your own bedding. Spacious living room and bathroom. For basic self catering ( no sink) there’s a TV, kettle, microwave-combi oven, toaster, double electric hot plate and mini fridge. All the necessary crockery. If you use all the crockery before checkout I will put it through the dishwasher downstairs.

There are 3 x bedrooms and 2 x bathrooms sleeping 6 people comfortably. There is walking and mountain biking from the door, with the Pennine Way starting just a few minutes up the road. Two pubs, two cafes and an excellent shop all within a few minutes. Plenty of parking available and the Loft contains all modern conveniences.
