This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom tiny home sleeps 6 with a king bed in the bedroom, a king in the loft, and a pull-out sofa. Enjoy a cozy kitchen, climate control, Wi-Fi, and a porch made for sunset views. First come, first serve parking is available for trailers and oversized vehicles. Though not pet friendly, this cabin offers comfort, charm, and a touch of canyon mystique. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River front. Surrounded by thousands more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE SUITE, VERY SPACIOUS! Guest access to gym. Oliver House is situated at the end of a very small and private neighborhood within one mile of downtown Moab. Guests have private entrance into the suite. Personal wood deck area shared with unit 2, private bathroom, kitchenette, living area, and bed.
