Mijn appartement ligt op de 8e verdieping en heeft twee slaapkamers, die ik apart of samen verhuur. Het gebruik van de woonkamer, keuken. wasmachine en droger, is mogelijk in overleg. Vanuit de kamer en vanaf het balkon heb je een fijn uitzicht over Diemen en Zuidoost. Het treinstation van Diemen ligt achter de flat, op minder dan 10 minuten lopen. Met de trein ben je in 5 minuten op station Muiderpoort en in 10 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal. Winkelcentrum Diemerplein ligt op 5 minuten lopen.

This light apartment is located in one of Amsterdam best neighborhoods! Close to the city center, 3 minute walk from train station, and a very green and quiet neighborhood. A lot of playgrounds close by. The apartment is perfect for families with 1,2 or 3 kids. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunkbed for 2 kids (max 1.40m, and 1 with a baby bed. Only for families! Wonderful place from which to discover our beautiful city. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

The apartment is situated in the trendy residential area called IJburg with a Marina and plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM / check out: 11AM FYI: I'm living with my cat who freely roams around the house. The kitchen (except the stove) can be used.

The apartment has two bedrooms, but i am only renting out one of them. The second bedroom will be locked and won’t be rented to anyone. So just to clarify, you’ll have full use of the apartment: your own bedroom, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
