The apartment is conveniently located just 10 min by bus from AFAS Live, Johan Cruijff Arena, and Bijlmer Arena. You can also reach these locations within a pleasant 20–25 min walk. Ganzenhoef metro station is only a short 3–4 minute walk behind the building. From there, Amsterdam Central Station is just 20 min metro ride away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet and save area. The living room and the balcony do have a beautiful view at a small park. A private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment can be rented on request.

De ruime werkruimte maakt deze kamer bijzonder geschikt voor zakenreizigers. We hebben de ruimte met veel zorg en gezelligheid ingericht, zodat je na een lange dag kunt ontspannen. De tram/bus naar het bruisende centrum van Amsterdam, de Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena en AFAS Live is slechts 1 minuut lopen.

This light apartment is located in one of Amsterdam best neighborhoods! Close to the city center, 3 minute walk from train station, and a very green and quiet neighborhood. A lot of playgrounds close by. The apartment is perfect for families with 1,2 or 3 kids. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunkbed for 2 kids (max 1.40m, and 1 with a baby bed. Only for families! Wonderful place from which to discover our beautiful city. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Mooi ingericht appartement beschikbaar op de dagen dat ik niet aanwezig ben. Het appartement heeft een fijne ligging. Binnen 20 minuten met het openbaar vervoer bent u in het centrum. Openbaar vervoer en lokale supermarkten zijn op loop afstand. Ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome en AFAS live. Daarnaast is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Een ruim balkon, wasmachine, Wi-Fi, TV, keuken apparatuur. Eventuele transfers zijn bespreekbaar.

The apartment is situated in the trendy residential area called IJburg with a Marina and plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM / check out: 11AM FYI: I'm living with my cat who freely roams around the house. The kitchen (except the stove) can be used.

Hot spots nearby are the Nelson Mandela park, the Amsterdamse Poort shopping centre, Pathe City, and the stadium.

So just to clarify, you’ll have full use of the apartment: your own bedroom, the living room, kitchen, and bathroom except the host room.

Eenvoudige, maar comfortabele slaapkamer voor 2 personen. Een tweede, grotere slaapkamer voor 2 personen is apart bij te reserveren. Gebruik van keuken en/of de rest van het appartement in overleg. Het appartement is gelegen op de 8e verdieping van een flat in Diemen. Station Diemen ligt op 5 minuten lopen. Met de trein bent u in 10 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam, of eerder nog in het gezellige Amsterdam Oost.

Spacious and comfortable apartment on 7th floor, parking spot in garage, full of art, design furniture and colours. 🇳🇱🏳️‍🌈 As the municipality of Diemen doesn’t allow renting out the whole apartment we keep one bedroom to ourselves. We will be out at our garden shed mostly as it will be our holidays too.
