Está equipado con sommier de 160, TV Smarth con cable, WIFI, cocina completa y heladera con freezer. Calefacción por radiadores. Cuenta con caja fuerte y ventilador en época de verano. Posee una barra con sillas altas para comer. Hay supermercados, cafés y almacenes en la zona. Está ubicado en el piso 1, tiene ventana con vista a la calle, no posee balcón.
