Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Within one minutes walking distance is the Red Lion pub and Cafe. Famous location for walkers and in the heart of the mountain bike mecca with Dyfi bike park, Coed y Brenin and Antur Stiniog within 30 minutes. Aircraft enthusiasts will be in the heart of the Mach loop flight path with low flying aircraft directly overhead.

Gwenlli Shepherds Hut

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Snowdonian Barn at Pentrewern

Our beautiful eco-friendly barn, set within Eryri (Snowdonia National Park), is a mix of traditional stone exterior and contemporary interior, within landscaped woodland gardens. We have 360° views of the mountains, and are near Dolgellau, Machynlleth, Coed-y-Brenin, Lake Vyrnwy and Cader Idris. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one double and a twin - and a bathroom.
