Welcome to the Nation's Capitol! The Carriage House is part of a historic Capitol Hill property. It is a fully private studio (efficient “tiny home”), with separate entrance and contactless, keypad lock. The interior includes a queen bed, small table for two, and bathroom (no kitchen). Its location can't be beat with ample restaurants, transportation options, and places to explore! The Carriage House is a short 6-8 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro station (orange, blue, and silver lines).

The place is a block away from the restaurants, cafes, steps away from Dupont Circle and U Street and also a 8-minute walk to the metro and 5-minute walk to Trader Joe’s grocery. A bike share station is 50 ft away.

If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!
