Suwanerenity is also conveniently located within view of Fanning Springs park, Anderson boat ramp, and Suwaneebell restaurant, while still maintaining an atmosphere of seclusion and serenity. Comfortable for the entire crew in this NEW 3 bedroom / 2 full-bath home in the heart of the Steinhatchee action. Exactly 1-mile from the boat ramp. Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.
