This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Huset som ligger bara 15 minuter från centrala Stockholm och 5 min från Täby C har tre sovrum, två badrum, TV-rum, stor kök/allrum, matrum samt två dedikerade arbetsplatser. Direktaccess från kök och vardagsrum till inglasad uterum och terrass med en stor härlig bubbelpool för 6 personer. Huset är perfekt för par och familjer.
