A very cosy and bright apartment in the heart of Prčanj, a picturesque village of the UNESCO Heritage Site Bay of Kotor. The apartment offers a panoramic view of the bay (This is just, WOW!) and a spacious private terrace allows you to enjoy the moment. There is a shared swimming pool at your disposal. Free parking is in front of the building. It takes you only 5 minutes on foot to access the waterfront and dive in. There are also various authentic restaurants and a shop within walking distance.

The sea is a five-minute walk away, there is a pedestrian crossing on the road. The complex has a swimming pool and parking. There are all necessary appliances and utensils, smart TV. Dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, iron, hair dryer. There is an electric sunshade on the terrace. Very quiet.

There is private balcony ,free wifi and parking on property. Studio is on 2nd floor. The pool is available from 1st of may to 10th of october. The apartment is close to the old town and the promenade with a restaurants, swimming area and in a place far from crowd and noise of the cars.
