The villa is nestled within secluded grounds with outdoor pizza oven and shower. Guests can relax in private and enjoy the beautiful Aegean Sea, with views out over the island of Telendos, and the ancient ruins of Kasteli. Perfect for those looking for luxury, and all the activities this unspoilt island has to offer.

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Your own private apartment on the nicest- sandy beach on the island! The balcony view is limitless, overlooking the '' Mykali'' straights between Samos and Turkey. It is located on the beachfront, right in front of the sea. Comfortable, clean and with everything you might need for a ''life at the beach'' type of vacation. The beach is located 15' min from the airport and 10' min from Samos town.

Το στούντιο απέχει 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την παραλία Γάγγου. Εκεί μπορείς να φτασεις και με τα πόδια κάνοντας μόλις 15 λεπτά περνώντας μέσα απο μονοπάτι στη φύση! Επίσης απεχει 25 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης αλλά μόνο 7 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο.
