Pred kočo terasa za uživanje ob kavici, prostorna letna kuhinja, miza, ognjišče ter zunanji solarni tuš. 400 m stran jezero Rakitna za SUP- anje, poleti kopanje ter ribolov. Odlično izhodišče za sprehode in pohode po okolici in vrhovih v bližini ali kolesarjenje. Rakitna ima najboljši zrak ter odlično pitno vodo iz pipe.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.
