This quiet small self-contained studio is a great pit-stop on the Wild Atlantic Way. Located on a country lane with views from the garden of Donegal Bay, it is an ideal base to explore the North West. Local amenities include Creevy Pier (2km) and Rossnowlagh Beach (3km), both places are easily reached by walking or cycling along quiet lanes. At 22 sq.m this is a small space & the garden is shared with the adjacent house. However it is quiet & comfortable, ideal for short stays for max. 2 guests.

The accommodation occupies the entire top floor of this 3 storey period house and shares it's entrance with the home owner and her adorable Golden Retriever, Dudley. It is also the perfect location for those who wish to experience the numerous excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife which are all on our doorstep. Donegal Town is the gateway to West & North.

This is one of two double en-suite bedrooms located adjacent to each other. As the bedrooms are next to one another, there may occasionally be some noise between the rooms, so we just wanted to make you aware of this in advance. The room is a comfortable double en-suite and includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and tea/coffee facilities. We just wanted to make sure you have all the information you need before booking and arriving. lockbox entry, allowing you to check in independently.

The Annex, 25 mins drive from ATU, Letterkenny.

Our accommodation is 3 miles from Ballybofey and a 25 minute drive to ATU, Letterkenny. We would consider long term rental to students for term time only. We offer a Luxury 2 bedroom self catering Apartment. It has a Kitchen with a spacious Dinning Area and a Living Area that has a Double sofa bed. The kitchen has a dish washer, fridge freezer, built in oven and hob and a washing machine. Children welcome. Breakfast cereals, tea and coffee are available in the Self Catering Kitchen.
