Newly transformed from a 4-bed to a more private 2-bed, this bright, Scandi-inspired apartment has direct access to its own spacious terrace with a fantastic sea view. I live in the apartment above with my dog Luna, and am happy to help without disturbing our dear guests. For those relaxing swimming sessions, the clear, blue sea is only 150m away. To enjoy local cuisine there's a 5 min walk to the idyllic fisherman's village, where apart from restaurants, you'll also find a small grocery store.

Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. Apartments Sea are situated on a perfect location nearby Trogir, right on the beach, with the best view on the beautiful Adriatic sea and Islands. It's peacefull and quiet area. In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Weekend house "Olive garden"

Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.
