Lowell Oregon is a small town located just 25 mins east of Eugene. The town is located on Dexter lake which is a great fishing spot or place to come and watch the boat races in July, Aug and Sep. The town also has a blackerry Jam festival in July and many Rowing events including pac 12 throughout the year. Lowell is also located 1 hour west of skiing and 1 hour 15 min east of the ocean .There are great Hikes all around. This is a downstairs apartment that can sleep up to 5 people comfortably

A short drive (2-miles) from Winchester Bay where crabbing, fishing, the beach, and dunes are located. Minutes from downtown restaurants, shopping and boat launches. If you're a fisherman or ATV'r there is room to park your trailer in the spacious driveway. You will be able to keep a watchful eye on your trailer just outside your door.
