Looking out over the courtyard, this delightful cottage with vaulted ceilings enjoys 3 beautiful bedrooms all with patio doors onto the cottage garden - a glorious way to start the day! The open kitchen/sitting room and large bathrooms make this a spacious retreat. Extra wide doors and ramped paving provide access with disabled visitors in mind. The Master Bedroom is a UK King. A single duo bed can be added to the Single Room or the Double room to allow an additional guest: total occupancy 6.

The Annex

Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

Apple Tree Lodge

Appletree Lodge is a self catering unit equipped and furnished to a high standard and nestles in the delightful village of Glen Vine. The unit comprises of the following: - Fully fitted kitchen including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. - Comfortable open plan accomodation. - Bath, shower over bath and WC. - Central heating. - Sorry but no pets. Single Room with separate private bathroom

This is a fully registered single room bedroom with separate toilet, graded by Isle of Man Tourist Board to Three Star Quality. The accommodation is offered on a ROOM ONLY base. Decoration and finish are sympathetic and in keeping with the age of our building (circa 1880's). Please note the bedrooms at All Seasons Guest House are on the second/third floors we DO NOT HAVE A LIFT so expect a number of stairs.

Guest Suite in Agneash

A lovely self contained annex in a quiet location within Agneash tucked away behind the Laxey wheel. All you need for a comfy enjoyable stay in a quiet location. Annex is within a lovely 1800's barn conversion set at the top of Agneash in the heart of the mines to the Worlds largest working water wheel 'Great Laxey wheel'. A great location for keen walkies and those that love the peace of nature.

Quiet Corner Cottage

Designed for two, this apartment offers a wonderful sense of light and space with its open-plan kitchen and its bedroom with patio doors leading onto the cottage gardens. This peaceful and tranquil accommodation has comfortable furnishings throughout and with its wide doors and spacious areas, offers access to disabled guests if required. The bed in the bedroom is King-sized.

Snowdrop Cottage

Snowdrop cottage boasts a lovely lounge with comfortable furnishings, wood-burning stove and double doors that open out onto the courtyard. The kitchen has ample space for dining and is well equipped for our guests' culinary needs. Both the King and the Twin bedroom have their own en-suite bathrooms.
