It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
