It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

Cozy private studio just 15 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes from the airport. The suite is fully separated from our main home, offering comfort, privacy, and a private entrance with dedicated parking on the right side of the driveway. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to shops and cafes. Please note: the studio is windowless by design for added quiet and privacy. A great fit for solo travelers or guests who enjoy a calm, restful space. I’m always happy to help with any questions.

Sun’s Vegas ABC Retreat

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. Common area outside of the guesthouse includes the pool, spa, exercise room, pickle-ball court, bocce court and patio with a gas and an electric BBQs. FOR NO SHARING OF COMMON AREAS—See Below.

The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
