Enjoy the relaxing countryside at this waterfront property, while still being only a short drive away from Sand Bridge Beach. If you are looking to get away from the standard Virginia Beach Boardwalk tourist experience and get back to nature, this is the place for you. Free kayaking to Back Bay, access to fishing and crabbing.

The Beach House walk to the beach

The Beach House sits on a lake looking out over VB oceanfront. Located in the Vibe District, a cultural hub for artists and spirits, roosters and restaurants, all within walking distance. We have a sun-room and a little deck in the front perfect for morning coffee and happy hour. The backyard is fully fenced with a deck and a gas grill. The road to the house is one-way, very private. You'll love the outdoor shower! We have a cart, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for your walk to the beach!

Experience the exact opposite at Courtyard Cottage, steps away from a quiet, peaceful beach surrounded by sand dunes for a special getaway. A park across the street offers playgrounds and pet-friendly walks, and a local farmers' market opens from 9 a.m. to noon. Saturdays, May 4 - Nov 23.
