House Luce is a beautiful Mediterranean stone house completely renovated a couple of years ago with a lot of love and attention. The owner paid attention to every detail and the house exudes tradition, creativity and a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in a quiet location but close to everything. It spreads over two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. In front of the house guests can enjoy on the terrace with a pergola and garden furniture. Private parking is 100 m from the house.

Apartman ima svoj privatni ulaz, te besplatno parkirno mjesto. U sadržaju apartmana nudimo klima uređaj, kuhinju, WiFi Internet i tv ravnog ekrana. Posebni dio čini velika terasa na kojoj se nalazi vrtni namještaj i kameni roštilj koji svi gosti mogu koristiti. S balkona se vidi plaža i more.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
