Welcome to our charming 1906 restored home. This beautiful home was divided into 4 private studios years ago. Each studio is a bit different from each other and all have their own living/sleeping/dining spaces, kitchens and bathrooms. While being different, they all still have great character of the period. The studio has high speed WiFi, 50" smart TV, a Keurig and comfy queen bed. We are located just steps from the street car and a half mile from the University of Arizona or Downtown.

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.
