This brand new apartment is located just besides to the entrance to the Old City. Just few steps and you are in the city or on the beach. Apartment has a big terrace and beautiful view on the sea, city walls and island Lokrum. It is also near to cable that goes to the mountain Srđ. To the main street Stradun you need just 1 minute, all souvenir shops, coffee bars and restaurants and reallly close. Near apartment you have bus number 10 that goes to little town Cavtat which is great to visit. For one day trip is really nice and relaxing. Also boat to island Lokrum is close and Lokrum must be seen, nature there is great, you have botanic garden and many nice places to swim, not so crowded. It has a one double bed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with two sofa beds. Internet, air condition and all equipment you need for you stay. - schönes Innendesign - große Räume - sehr nahe der Altstadt (250 meter) - volle Ausstattung inkl. Handtücher & Bettwäsche - Waschmaschine (neu in 2020) und Trockner vorhanden Das Gebäude ist aus ca.1880. Die Wohnung wurde diesen Winter renoviert. Beim betreten befindet man sich im Eingangsbereich aus dem ca 15 Treppen in die 1 Etage führen. Der Eingang ist nur für die eine Wohnung. In der 1. Etage betritt man die grosse Küche aus der man in die weiteren Zimmer und Bad gelangt. Viel Spaß!

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Our apartment is a cozy studio apartment 25 sq.m. (237 sq ft.). Apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed which are actually two twin beds one right next to the other. Small kitchen (2 hotplates) with dining table. Bathroom w/ shower/ en-suite/WC. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

The apartment is bright, airy and modern with all the modern conveniences and comforts.

Nave Apartment

Nave is a new apartment located in a quiet neighbourhood of Ploče. It is 7-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old Town and Banje beach is just down the street. With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
