On the slopes of Mnt. Talinis, this villa offers you a perfect wide view over the ocean and the islands of Siquijor & Apo. It is a perfect place surrounded by nature to relax and calm down at the pool. The Villas are built in a traditional Bamboo-Style from local, natural materials, in an open concept and have a Bali-style outdoor-bathroom. The beach and the village of Dauin are 10 min. away by driving, where you can find various restaurants & cafes and great snorkeling or diving opportunities.

Our guest house is located next to The Halfway Cafe on the slopes of Mount Talinis. The location provides spectacular views over the Visayan Sea towards Siquijor Island, Apo Island and on a clear day all the way to Mindanao. To the rear are views of Mount Talinis itself. Being in a reasonably remote location you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet along with a good dose of fresh air. Please note that, although separated, the rooms are open plan and can not be individually closed or locked.

Economy Guest room

This spacious guest room features 1 queen-size bed and 1 double bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. It includes a separate living area with a TV and relaxing sofa, perfect for unwinding. The room is non-air-conditioned but equipped with electric fans for comfort. Guests have access to a basic toilet and bath (no hot and cold shower), high-speed Starlink internet, a garden area, a plunge pool, and a pickleball court for leisure and recreation.

Chada na balay

Combination of native and modern house design, well lighted, ventilated and cool. A 3 minute (150m) walk to a clean gray sand beach with living colorful coral reefs. You need to wear slippers though as there are plenty of rocks. Fans are comfortable enough as there is plenty of breeze coming from sea and the property is surrounded by trees and plants. About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.

Ziva’s Crib is located in Bulak, Dauin. It is 20minutes from Dumaguete City and about 5minutes to Dauin town proper. Dauin is famous for scuba diving with many divers shops for dive packages to Apo Island.
